Placing Order

You can place an order through email (madegun@gmail.com)

Please provide the following information: 

  1. Item Number
  2. Quantity
  3. Your name
  4. Mailing address
  5. Email Address
  6. Telephone number

After receiving your order, we will confirm your order with the total price that includes the S&H.                               

We never and will not sell or give your email addresses to any other parties.   We only use your email address strictly for the communication between you and our company.

Our business hours are 7 days a week, from 8am to 6pm US Central Time. 

Payment Methods

We accept payment with any major credit cards (processed via  PAYPAL), Cashier Check, Money Order, and Personal Check (must clear before shipping).

If you are paying with credit card, we will send you a ” MONEY REQUEST” through PAYPAL (It’s a secured third party site to make your credit card payment) to your email address. Then, you can complete your payment just following couple simple steps.

Shipping Method

  • Buyer pays S&H.
  • Orders usually will be shipped out within 24 hours after we receive your payment.
  • Orders are shipped via  USPS or UPS Ground.  It  normally takes 3-5 business days to arrive at any destination in the US. 
  • Insurance will be provided upon request.

If you need to receive your order by a certain deadline, please let us know and we try to ship it out earlier.

Return Policy

Missing or damaged goods must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Returns are accepted only for true defects or errors for which we are responsible.  Defective or damaged merchandise must be returned at your own expense within 2 weeks of receipt and is subject to inspection. A return authorization # must be issued before returns are accepted.   Your account will be credited after the products are received and inspected.  In some case customer may be asked to take a photo of the damaged items and send to us in order to request the replacement. All orders are double checked or triple checked for accuracy before being packed.   Our warehouse staffs carefully packed all items and we make every effort to ensure your shipment leaves our warehouse in perfect condition.
